Telehealth

Book an online telehealth consult with me, easy and convenient from the comfort of your own home. An initial consult is a comprehensive 1hr assessment of your health and presenting issues, if you have had an initial you can book a follow up consult.

Functional testing

At Glow Naturopathy we utilize functional testing methods such as Microbiome testing (GIT), and hormone testing, these tests provide deeper insights into nutrient status, gut health, stress and inflammation along with hormonal patterns, allowing me to create truly personalised, evidence-based treatment plans for lasting wellness.

Initial consult

Initial consults are information gathering sessions focusing on your presenting health issues, along with diet, sleep, stress, health history and any other relevant information. This is used to develop a comprehensive treatment plan for you, detailing diet and lifestyle advice, along with possible supplements and functional testing that may be required.

Follow up appointment

This consult is a follow on to your initial consultation. The purpose is to evaluate you progress with current treatment plans, a supplement review and examine any pathology or testing you have had. Along with realigning your treatment goals if required.
